Cancellations
- Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 2-3 days of placing the order.
- Once the order has been processed or communicated to the distribution platforms, cancellations will not be entertained.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances, such as a technical error on our part or if the music distribution service fails to deliver as promised.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the order being processed. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.
Non-Cancellable/Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services, such as those involving digital downloads, perishable products, or pre-ordered services, are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Once music distribution has commenced and your tracks are live on the platforms, refunds or cancellations will no longer be possible.
Damaged or Defective Services
- If you believe there is an issue with the distribution service, such as incorrect metadata or missing files, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of noticing the issue.
- We will review your request and, if verified, will provide a refund or replacement service at our discretion.
